1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing longevitaliving.com or engaging Longevitá Living's services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site and our services.

2. Not Medical Advice

Content on this website is provided for educational and informational purposes only and is not a substitute for individualized medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. A clinician-patient relationship with Longevitá Living is established only after intake, consultation, and acceptance into our concierge program. Always seek the advice of your physician with any questions about a medical condition.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this site or to engage Longevitá Living's services. By using the site you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. Services & Concierge Membership

Longevitá Living offers concierge longevity medicine including biomarker testing, hormone optimization (HRT/TRT), clinically supervised weight management, wellness coaching, and ongoing care management. All services are subject to clinical eligibility and applicable law.

5. Billing, Membership & Cancellation

Fees for consultations, memberships, labs, and treatments are provided to you in writing before you enroll or are charged. Nothing is billed without your prior authorization.

If you enroll in a recurring membership, you will be told the amount and billing frequency before your first charge, and you authorize Longevitá Living to charge your payment method on file on that schedule until you cancel.

You may cancel a membership at any time by emailing hello@longevitaliving.com or calling 603-420-3766. Cancellation stops future charges; services already rendered are not refundable. Questions about any charge can be directed to us at the same contacts, and we will respond promptly.

We do not accept insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid. A superbill can be provided on request for out-of-network reimbursement.

Appointments are reserved exclusively for you. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee, which will be disclosed to you before booking.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, photography, logos, the Longevitá Living name, and the "Modernline" wordmark treatment — is the property of Longevitá Living or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the site, including by introducing malicious code, attempting unauthorized access, scraping for commercial purposes, or impersonating another person. We reserve the right to suspend access for any conduct that compromises the integrity of our platform or the privacy of our patients.

8. Third-Party Links

This site may link to third-party resources such as our Fullscript supplement dispensary or partner labs. Longevitá Living is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party sites.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors. Outcomes of medical care vary by individual and cannot be guaranteed.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Longevitá Living and its clinicians, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Rockingham County, New Hampshire.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
